The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Revit / BIM Manager to join a growing building services team delivering major, high-value engineering projects across the UK and beyond.

With a strong pipeline of highly regulated infrastructure projects, this is an excellent time to come on board and play a key role in shaping the digital delivery function.

The Role This position is ideal for someone who combines technical Revit expertise with strong leadership capability. You will take ownership of building and developing a dedicated Revit capability, supporting both project delivery and long-term digital strategy.

The role is heavily focused on HVAC and ventilation systems within Revit, working closely with engineers and clients to ensure coordinated, efficient, and high-quality design outputs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of a structured Revit/BIM function, including building and mentoring a team
  • Oversee the production and coordination of HVAC and ventilation models within Revit
  • Work closely with design engineers to review, influence, and enhance technical designs
  • Manage BIM coordination with clients and project stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain Revit standards, templates, and workflows
  • Ensure high-quality model delivery across complex, multi-disciplinary projects
  • Support clash detection, coordination reviews, and data integrity processes
  • Drive continuous improvement in BIM processes and digital delivery
About You
  • Proven experience in a BIM Manager / Revit Manager or senior-level Revit role
  • Strong background in building services engineering, particularly HVAC / ventilation
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and coordination tools
  • Experience working in client-facing roles with responsibility for coordination
  • Ability to manage, mentor, and develop a growing team
  • Strong understanding of design workflows and practical engineering application
