In 2006 Wolviston Management Services worked with the Directors and management team on the Design and Construction of the UK’s first Bioethanol plant, from the initial FEED Stage through to Commissioning and Operations.

We carried out the first ever recruitment campaign and recruited many of the employees who are still there today. As the UK’s first Bioethanol plant candidates did not have relevant industry experience, we were able to transfer our extensive skills and wide ranging experience in alternative industries, to work with the client to create a weighted recruitment matrix. This highlighted the transferable skills from other industries to ensure that the most suitable candidates were recruited and skills were utilised effectively. This matrix has been developed for and utilised by many of our clients within this innovative industry.
