Samantha Anderson
Group Managing Director

Samantha Anderson, our Group Managing Director, joined Wolviston Management Services in 1997 as Commercial Operations Manager. Samantha was promoted to Operations Director in 2002, then in 2004 she was part of the management buyout team that acquired WMS from founder Malcolm Bainbridge. She was also involved in the acquisition of Manning Limited in 2008 and T J Hazell in 2009. Following the retirement of both her business partners, Samantha became the sole shareholder and Managing Director of the Wolviston Group in 2016, which she cites as being one of her greatest achievements.

As the Group Managing Director, Samantha focuses on formulating and driving the business strategy for the group’s future growth, seeking out strategic acquisitions and new ventures.

Samantha says creating a positive work environment and watching people grow in their role is a daily pleasure. The challenges of the engineering sector and the changing environment in the recruitment industry drive her to ensure that the group’s services are consistently improving, ensuring the Wolviston Group remain's the partner of choice for all stakeholders. 

Outside of the office, Samantha is passionate about animal welfare and minimising her effect on the environment by following a vegan lifestyle. She is also a lifetime supporter of local, national and international charities.
