Vicky O'Toole
Operations Manager

Our Operations Manager, Vicky O’Toole, has a CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership, a REC Diploma in Recruitment Practice (DipRP) and holds Chartered Manager status.

As part of the senior leadership team, she leads, directs and manages the full recruitment service and business operations for Wolviston Management Services. Working with internal and external clients, she is responsible for all aspects of service operations and ensures that the delivery of all services is in line with company, client and other stakeholder requirements.

Vicky is proud to say she has worked for WMS for her whole professional career. With 14 years’ experience working as a Recruitment Consultant, she has worked on a variety of roles within different industries and has gained a good understanding of our customers and their needs. Vicky uses this knowledge and experience to continuously improve processes, standards and service.

She is particularly interested in recruitment legislation, law and ethics, as an important part of her role is to ensure that we as a business and our clients remain compliant.

Vicky says she loves her job and thoroughly enjoys working at WMS. She gets the most satisfaction from seeing her team members’ determination to fill difficult roles and the elation when they do.

Outside of the office, Vicky is usually busy running around after her two young boys. When she gets time to herself, she likes reading fantasy novels and baking cakes.
