What You’ll Be Doing:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Own the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final selection of top-quality candidates.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs, culture, and environment to match the best candidates.
• Strategic Sourcing: Use various platforms, including job boards, social media, and headhunting, to identify and attract high-potential candidates.
• Administration Excellence: Ensure accurate, efficient management of client and candidate records, compliance with recruitment processes, and timely completion of all administrative tasks.
• Compliance and Best Practices: Follow all relevant recruitment regulations, GDPR, and Health & Safety rules, ensuring a professional and compliant recruitment service.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven Recruitment Experience: Demonstrated success in recruitment, with expertise in sourcing candidates at all levels.
• Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: Able to engage effectively with clients, negotiate terms, and provide clear, professional communication to all stakeholders.
• Results Orientation: Driven to achieve goals and deliver outstanding results for both clients and candidates.
• Knowledge of UK Employment Law: Familiarity with regulations, including the Agency Worker Regulations, GDPR, and IR35.
• Professional & Ethical Standards: A disciplined, ethical approach to client and candidate interactions.

• Minimum of GCSE grade 4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
