Document Controller

Our client, a leader in the energy and chemicals industry, is seeking a Document Controller to manage and maintain essential project documentation in Seal Sands and North Tees.

In this full-time permanent role you will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, support audit processes, and maintain an efficient electronic document management system (EDMS).
  
Key responsibilities as Document Controller:
  

• Implementing and maintaining document control processes
• Ensuring document numbering, revision control, and approvals workflows
• Supporting audits and regulatory inspections
• Training employees in document management best practices
• Liaising with IT to ensure EDMS system performance

  
Document Controller requirements:
  

• Extensive experience in document control within the oil, chemicals, or construction sector
• Proficiency in EDMS software, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint
• Strong understanding of QA procedures and audit support
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
