Your role will include:

• Leading EC&I projects from concept through completion, balancing safety with innovative engineering solutions.
• Mentoring and managing a small, motivated team of graduate and assistant EC&I engineers.
• Ensuring compliance and driving excellence in Functional Safety, Cyber Security, and Electrical Power Distribution systems.

What you'll need:

• A relevant degree in Electrical/Electronic or Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
• Experience in a 24/7 industrial environment, ideally COMAH.
• Ambition to grow your career, combined with a proactive, collaborative approach.
