NDT Level II Inspector

We are currently recruiting on behalf of the client for NDT Level II Inspectors to support a major energy project in Mozambique. This is a rotational contract covering both day and night 12-hour shifts on a 28/28 rotation, commencing mid-August 2025, with a mission duration of approximately 3–4 months.

Responsibilities:

• Perform NDT inspections on pipeline welds and related infrastructure
• Conduct radiographic and ultrasonic testing (UT) as per project specification
• Ensure all activities comply with client quality and safety standards
• Utilise QAR system for real-time reporting and traceability
• Submit comprehensive weekly inspection reports on the last day of rotation
• Work collaboratively with QA/QC teams and maintain consistent communication

NDT Level II Inspector Requirements:

• OND, BTS, or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline
• ISO9712 certification (PCN, COFREND, or CSWIP) – AUT qualified for pipelines
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in NDE methods
• Certified operator for Radiography and UT (all joint configurations)
• Proficient in AUT for pipeline weld inspection
• Experienced in delivering timely reports via digital platforms (QAR or similar)
• Must be responsive and adaptable to field demands
• Previous experience in LNG or large-scale pipeline projects preferred
