Highlights of the Role:
  • Translate drawings into detailed construction plans and manage dynamic project schedules
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of complex shipbuilding projects
  • Leverage your expertise in production and shipbuilding to drive innovation and efficiency
Preferred Requirements:
  • Create cutting files, with on-the-job training provided during the onboarding process
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of construction methodologies and processing methods in shipbuilding
  • Generate the right production data based on feasibility, including panel layouts and construction plans
  • Collaborate with various departments within IHC, such as Metalix, Engineering, and Production
  • Proficiency in working with and maintaining various CAD systems, including Nupas, Microstation, Rhino, and Nestix
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Possess an MBO/MBO+ level of education and working experience in the shipbuilding industry
  • Bring experience as a work preparer in a shipbuilding environment, preferably in a project organization
  • Demonstrate knowledge of production processes, manufacturing techniques, and assembly
