Wolviston Management Services are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading name in heavy industrial manufacturing, for a time-served Plater to join their established fabrication team in Teesside.

What You'll Be Doing

• Fabricating and assembling heavy steel structures from detailed engineering drawings.
• Measuring, marking, cutting, and shaping steel components to precise tolerances.
• Using a range of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery to complete plating operations.
• Ensuring all work meets required quality and safety standards.
• Supporting welding and fitting operations within the workshop as required.
• Working efficiently within a team to meet production schedules and customer delivery targets.

What We're Looking For

• Time-served Plater/Fabricator with proven experience in a heavy industrial or structural steel environment.
• Strong ability to interpret and work from complex fabrication drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good understanding of fabrication safety procedures and safe workshop practices.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to support across departments when required.
