  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing downtime and improving plant performance.
  • Carry out dynamic risk assessments and ensure all work complies with LOTO, site safety systems, and environmental procedures.
  • Record maintenance activities using the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and maintain accurate shift handover notes.

  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment, adopting a "clean as you go" approach.
  • Assist in project work, installations, and equipment upgrades as required.

  • Multi-skilled background with some electrical experience (PLC, inverter drives).
  • Experience within waste processing or similar continuous manufacturing settings.
What's on Offer
  • Permanent, full-time position within a secure, growing operation.
  • Competitive salary plus shift allowance.
  • Ongoing training and career development opportunities.
  • A safety-first, team-focused working culture.
