Wolviston Management Services are proud to be supporting our client in the search for a proactive, detail-driven Technologist to join their specialist testing and team.
 
About the Role
In this hands-on role, you'll play a key part in the smooth running of daily testing operations, ensuring customer SLAs are met and technical standards are upheld. You'll be responsible for coordinating routine activities, managing workflow, and supporting both development projects and manufacturing trials.
 
What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee day-to-day test house activities, ensuring work is prioritised and delivered to agreed timescales.
• Record, track and report workload against established KPIs.
• Compile accurate test reports and manage certification processes.
• Review process routes and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the area.
• Support development work, trials and technical investigations.
• Liaise confidently with internal teams and external customers.
• Participate in internal and external quality and safety audits.
• Carry out quality and safety investigations where required.
• Ensure all activities are completed safely and in full compliance with HS&E standards.

About You
We're looking for a motivated and organised individual, ideally qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Materials Science, Metallurgy or a related discipline. You'll bring a strong understanding of QA systems such as ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025, along with an appreciation of continuous improvement principles.
