Job Title: CMMS Coordinator

Job Overview:
Wolviston Group is supporting our client, a leader in chemical and oil sectors, in their search for a CMMS Coordinator to join their engineering department. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the effective operation of maintenance systems, helping reduce downtime and improve asset reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Generate, track, and close work orders
• Support predictive and preventative maintenance planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritise maintenance needs
• Provide technical support and user training
• Liaise with IT and contractors on CMMS upgrades and performance
• Maintain KPI reporting for asset performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience in maintenance coordination or systems management
• CMMS experience (SAP, Maximo, Agility, PEMAC)
• Background in COMAH sites or high-hazard industries 
• Strong reporting, data analysis, and communication skills
