Process Engineer – Temporary (12 Weeks)
Location: Hartlepool
Contract: PAYE Fixed-Term
Duration: 12 weeks
  
Our client, a large-scale COMAH chemical manufacturing site, requires an experienced Process Engineer to provide interim support during a 12-week period.

The Role:
  • Maintain safe operating conditions during low-load / preservation mode
  • Ensure plant parameters remain within safe design limits
  • Support process safety KPIs and risk management activities
  • Review and update operating procedures
  • Provide technical support to site operations
  • Support COMAH and environmental permit compliance
Requirements:
  • Degree-qualified Chemical / Process Engineer
  • Experience within large-scale chemical manufacturing
  • Strong process safety awareness
  • Experience supporting shutdown or restart scenarios desirable
This is a site-based role requiring immediate technical contribution within a regulated, high-hazard environment.
