Electrician & Instrumentation Technician
Chemical Manufacturing | COMAH | ATEX

Our client is recruiting an experienced Electrician & Instrumentation Technician to join their established chemical production facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and calibration of pressure, level, temperature and flow instrumentation
  • Loop testing and verification of 4–20 mA and HART devices
  • Maintenance of control valves and associated instrumentation
  • LV fault finding on motors, MCCs and control panels
  • Hazardous area inspections (Ex d, Ex e, Ex i)
  • Support of ESD and F&G safety systems
Requirements
  • Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship / NVQ Level 3
  • CompEx EX01–EX04 (essential)
  • Experience within COMAH, chemical, oil & gas, or heavy process industries
  • Strong understanding of ATEX compliance
  • Ability to interpret P&IDs and technical drawings
