As a Service Engineer, you are responsible for providing technical support in the field of refrigeration technology. You are an important link between customers, service technicians and internal departments, and contribute to improving the reliability and performance of our machines and installations.

• Supporting our Service Technicians with technical questions, both from themselves and from the customer;
• Analyzing and assessing warranty claims;
• Identifying recurring or structural problems and developing sustainable solutions, in collaboration with R&D and Engineering;
• Drawing up and maintaining training and maintenance programs;
• Thinking along with the customer about spare parts, including advising on alternatives that are suitable, faster to deliver or more cost-efficient.

As a Service Engineer you are technically strong, solution-oriented and customer-oriented. You can work independently and keep an overview of complex problems.

• A completed MBO 4 or HBO education in the direction of refrigeration, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering;
• Experience with industrial refrigeration installations and/or mechanical engineering;
• Knowledge of refrigerants, refrigeration circuits and relevant laws and regulations;
• Mastery of the Dutch and German language.
