Electrical Production Operative

Electrical Production Operative Location: North East England
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (08:30 - 16:30, Monday to Friday)

About the Role
Wolviston Management Services are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation within the subsea sector. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic electrical production team, supporting the manufacture and assembly of high-quality electrical connectors and cable harnesses for offshore applications.
Key Responsibilities

• Cutting and preparing cables to specification
• Soldering and termination of electrical wiring
• Assembly of electrical connectors
• Kitting of parts for production processes
• Carrying out inventory checks and stock control
• Supporting efficient production workflows and maintaining quality standards

Skills & Experience

• Essential:
  • Proven experience in soldering wires
• Desirable:
  • Previous experience in an electrical manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience working with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• GCSEs (Grade A-C or equivalent)
• NVQ Level II (or equivalent vocational qualification)
