You will be responsible for providing secretarial support to multiple fee earners within a collaborative and friendly environment, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the team.
  
Working closely with experienced legal professionals, your role will include:
  

• Corresponding with clients
• Typing audio dictation and general typing tasks
• Preparing court bundles and legal documents
• Conducting ID checks and anti-money laundering procedures
• Opening and updating client files using Proclaim practice management software
• Preparing client bills and completion statements

Requirements:
  

• Prior experience in a Legal Secretary role
• Excellent IT and audio typing skills
• Strong communication and organisational abilities
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage a busy workload with accuracy
